(1) The driver should concentrate on the operation, pay close attention to the surrounding situation, and shall not do anything unrelated to the work. (2) The driver shall not operate under any of the following circumstances: A Overload or object weight is not clear. Such as lifting embedded objects with unclear weight or pulling force, and oblique pull slanting, etc; B structure or parts have defects or damage that affect safe work, such as brake, safety device failure, hook nut anti-loosening device damage, wire rope damage to scrap standards.

(1) The driver should concentrate on the operation, pay close attention to the surrounding situation, and shall not do anything unrelated to the work.

(2) The driver shall not operate under any of the following circumstances:

A Overload or object weight is not clear. Such as lifting embedded objects with unclear weight or pulling force, and oblique pull slanting, etc;

B structure or parts have defects or damage that affect safe work, such as brake, safety device failure, hook nut anti-loosening device damage, wire rope damage to scrap standards.

C binding, hanging is not firm or unbalanced and may slide, the edge of the goods and the wire rope between the liner, etc;

D. The work site is dark, and it is impossible to see the site, the situation of the lifted object and the command signal clearly.

E there are people or floating objects on the suspended object.

(3) When turning or pushing and pulling the handwheel or handle of the controller, the force should be uniform, and the gear should be changed step by step.

(4) Limit switch, emergency switch and reverse brake shall not be used for parking during normal operation.

(5) Do not adjust the brake of the lifting mechanism under load.

(6) before driving and lifting and lowering objects, you must ring the alarm. Intermittent bell alarm should also be given when approaching people during operation.

(7) When hoisting, the hoisted object shall not pass over the air of a person.

(8) When the hook rises or falls, the wire rope should be located in the drum and pulley rope groove. When the hook is lowered to the lowest working position, the wire rope on the drum must be kept at least 2 turns.

(9) The operation shall be carried out according to the command signal. The emergency stop signal shall be executed immediately no matter who sends it.

(10) When the lifting weight is close to or reaches the rated lifting weight, check the brake before lifting, and use a small height and short stroke for trial lifting, and then lift it smoothly.

(11) In case of mechanical damage and other faults during crane operation, the hoisted objects shall be put down, the knife switch shall be pulled down, and the leader shall be reported to organize maintenance. Maintenance must not be carried out in operation.

(12) In case of sudden power failure during crane operation, all controller handles should be pulled back to zero position. When hanging objects on the hook, fences and signs shall be made in the dangerous range below the heavy objects, and personnel are prohibited from passing under the hanging objects.

(13) It is strictly forbidden for the driver to manipulate the crane and collide with the crane on the same span. The distance between the cranes on the same track should not be less than 1 meter.

(14) When two cranes work together to lift the same object, the wire rope shall be kept vertical, the lifting and operation of each crane shall be synchronized, and the load borne by each crane shall not exceed their respective rated lifting capacity. If the above requirements are not met, the rated lifting capacity shall be reduced to 80%, and the chief engineer shall be present for guidance during lifting.

(15) In the place where the crane is divided into two layers, when the upper crane is working, the horizontal distance between the lower crane and it shall not be less than 1 meter. When the hook of the upper crane does not rise to the limit position, the lower crane is not allowed to pass or open below it. When the upper crane drops the hook, the driver of the lower crane must be contacted and the hook can be dropped only after receiving the answer signal.

(16) For cranes operating in the open air on the track, when the wind is greater than level 6, they should generally stop working and anchor the crane.
