(1) The driver should concentrate on operation, pay close attention to the surrounding situation, and must not do anything unrelated to work.

(2) In one of the following situations, the driver should not operate:

A Overload or the weight of the object is unclear. Such as lifting and pulling up buried objects whose weight or tension is unclear, and inclined-staying and inclined cranes, etc.;

B The structure or parts have defects or damages that affect safe work, such as brakes, safety devices failure, damage to the hook nut anti-loosening device, damage to the wire rope reaching the scrapping standard, etc.

C Binding, hanging is not firm or unbalanced and may slide, no padding is added between the edges and corners of the cargo and the wire rope;

D The workplace is dark, and it is impossible to see the site, the situation of the objects being lifted, and the command signal.

E There are people or floating objects on the suspended object.

(3) When turning or pushing and pulling the handwheel or handle of the controller, use even force, and change the gears step by step.

(4) Do not use limit switch, emergency switch and reverse braking to stop during normal operation.

(5) Do not adjust the brake of the hoisting mechanism under load.

(6) Before driving and lifting and lowering objects, the alarm must be sounded. When approaching people during operation, intermittent ringtones should also be given to alarm.

(7) When hoisting, the hanging objects shall not pass over people.

(8) When the hook is raised or lowered, the wire rope should be located in the drum and pulley rope groove. When the hook is lowered to the lowest working position, the wire rope on the drum must be kept for more than 2 turns.

(9) The operation should be carried out according to the command signal. The emergency stop signal, no matter who issues it, should be executed immediately.

(10) When the heavy object to be lifted is close to or reaches the rated lifting capacity, the brake should be checked before lifting, and the lifting should be carried out smoothly after a small height and short stroke test.

(11) During the operation of the crane, if there is a failure such as damage to the machine parts, the hanging objects should be put down, the knife switch should be pulled down, and the leader should be reported to organize the maintenance. Repairs must not be carried out while in operation.

(12) During the operation of the crane, when there is a sudden power failure, all the controller handles should be turned back to the zero position. When there is an object hanging on the hook, fences and signs should be made in the dangerous area below the heavy object, and personnel are prohibited from passing under the hanging object.

(13) It is strictly forbidden for the driver to control the crane to collide with the crane of the same span, and the distance between the cranes on the same track should not be less than 1 meter.

(14) When two cranes work together to lift the same object, the wire rope should be kept vertical, the lifting and running of each crane should be synchronized, and the load borne by each crane should not exceed their rated lifting capacity. If the above requirements are not met, the rated lifting capacity should be reduced to 80%, and the chief engineer should be present for guidance during lifting.

(15) In a place where the crane operates on two floors, when the upper crane is working, the horizontal distance between the lower crane and it shall not be less than 1 meter. When the hook of the upper crane does not rise to the limit position, the lower crane is not allowed to pass or drive to it. below. When the upper crane falls off the hook, the driver of the lower crane must be contacted, and the hook can only be dropped after getting the answer signal.

(16) Cranes operating in the open air on the track should generally stop working and anchor the crane when the wind force is greater than level 6.
