(3) Semi-annual inspection

(4) Annual inspection

C Check whether the railings, safety guardrails and conductive supports are in good condition;

E Detection of trolley track span difference.

F Detect the track span difference of the cart.

G Measure the static camber of the bridge (main girder).

H Hoist 1.25 times the rated weight, static lifting for 15 minutes, measure the main beam under the degree of fishing, side camber. (The load shall be hoisted at the center of the bridge)

I Hoist 1.1 times the additional lifting weight to test the trolley, cart, test brake and operation.

J Replace damaged mechanical parts and electrical components according to relevant regulations and standards.
